All approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment source used at the time of booking. Auntam does not issue refunds via cash or alternative payment methods unless there is a documented technical limitation with the original payment channel.
If you believe your refund request has been incorrectly rejected or if you are unsatisfied with the resolution provided, you may escalate the matter by writing to us at Auntamtravel@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Escalation – [Your Booking ID]". Our senior support team will review and respond within 5 business days.
