We understand that plans can change, and this Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are applicable, the process to claim them, and the timelines involved. 2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund request may be considered eligible under the following circumstances:

  • The booking was cancelled within the applicable cancellation window
  • The service was not delivered due to a confirmed failure on the operator's part
  • A duplicate payment was made due to a technical error
  • The booking was cancelled by Auntam due to unavailability or operational reasons

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Cancellations made after the stipulated cancellation window has elapsed
  • No-show by the client at the confirmed pickup location and time
  • Cancellations due to reasons beyond Auntam's control such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions
  • Partial utilization of a booked service where the remaining portion is voluntarily forfeited by the client
  • Bookings marked as completed with no dispute raised within 48 hours of trip completion

4. Cancellation Window & Refund Percentage

  • Cancellation 48+ hours before trip: 100% refund applicable
  • Cancellation 24–48 hours before trip: 50% refund applicable
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before trip: No refund applicable
  • Cancellation by Auntam: 100% refund applicable

⚠️ Please Note: Cancellation timelines are calculated based on the confirmed trip start time. All times are in Indian Standard Time (IST).

5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your booking ID, registered mobile number, and reason for refund
  • Our team will verify the request against our records and policy
  • You will receive a confirmation of approval or rejection within 3–5 business days

6. Refund Processing Timeline

Once a refund request is approved, the amount will be credited as follows:

  • UPI / Net Banking: 3–5 business days
  • Credit / Debit Card: 5–7 business days
  • Wallet / Platform Credits: Within 24–48 hours

Please note that actual credit timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Auntam is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

7. Refund Method

All approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment source used at the time of booking. Auntam does not issue refunds via cash or alternative payment methods unless there is a documented technical limitation with the original payment channel.

8. Disputes & Escalations

If you believe your refund request has been incorrectly rejected or if you are unsatisfied with the resolution provided, you may escalate the matter by writing to us at Auntamtravel@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Escalation – [Your Booking ID]". Our senior support team will review and respond within 5 business days.
